In order to complete your pottery painting and coffee shop experience, we will ask for certain details from you. We require this information in order to fulfil information required for fulfilling your painting order purposes only.

We rely on a number of legal bases in order to collect your information including:

• To organise your booking and pottery collection

• To take payment for our services

• When you have provided your affirmative consent which you may withdraw at any point

Your information is important to our business. We will never share your information with a third party unless we are required to in response to a legal process or government request.

We retain your personal information only for as long is necessary. Your information is kept in a diary that only current working staff have access to and they only have access to it during their working hours for work purposes. The studio that the diary is kept in is itself locked at all times when not in operation for business purposes.

Payment Information
We accept all credit and debit cards accept American Express, via our Payment Sense card machine in store, which we also use for over-the-phone payments or via our website, using our Paypal account, at www.theuglyducklingpottery.co.uk . We never store any of our customer’s card details. We never record phone calls, so when we take payment over the phone, those card details are not recorded and not stored anywhere. They are typed directly into the Payment Sense card machine and are not saved on any devices or paper.

Online storage
The Ugly Duckling Pottery Painting Coffee House Ltd has a website and social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. We do have an email address as means of contact, which is hello@theuglyducklingpottery.co.uk. It is only company directors, Emma Walsh and Sarah Frost, that have access to the emails and none of this information is shared unless for the purposes of providing our services. This may involve making or amending a booking, taking a deposit or processing a refund. We do not partake in any form of email marketing.
