You need to leave your pottery with us for 7 days for us to glaze and fire it after you have painted. Occasionally, we can fire faster than 7 days for you upon request but this does depend on the volume that we have to fire at the time. Occasionally, it may be longer than a 7 day wait. This is usually only in the month leading up to Christmas and we will tell you at the time if the turnaround time is different to the usual 7 days. If you do not leave your pottery with us for firing, the colour in the paint will not come to life, your pottery will not be shiny and smooth or food safe.

That's okay! We understand and can post your item(s) to any UK address for £6.50 per box. If you have chosen small items, we can often fit 2–3 items in one box. Larger items or more than 3 small items would require more than 1 box. Please ask at the time of paying for your item(s) to be posted and we can organise postage with you then.

Technically, yes, but, if you would like your item(s) to last, we would not advise it! Hand washing and avoiding the microwave are best. Your pottery will start to chip and/or mark if you put it in the dishwasher or microwave.

Yes, absolutely! The paint is water-based and we love helping you capture your baby's precious prints!
